Liquid level switch BW 17 Rugged instrument for monitoring specific liquid levels in open or pressurized tanks.Mounting on side of tank or installation from above, lever extension optional.Detection of interfaces is possible.
The device operates on the float principle:Aprvoted float attachen inside the tank follows the liquid level and initiates an electrical or pneumatic signal when it reaches a specific position.The float position is transmitted to the switching device by means of a magnetic follower system,so that tank interior and switch housing have a pressure-tight separation.Inthe version with reed contact,the contact is actuated directly by the float magnet.
